It’s a proud and glad moment for me to share my views with you people being the trustee of (Birla Open Minds International School) BOMIS Naubatpur, Patna, Bihar.

I am an entrepreneur from last 25 years in bricks industry and in my 25 years of successful entrepreneurship; I have imparted my best outputs and contribution in this brick industry and to my co-workers as well.

While closely working with the workers several times I felt that they are not only just motivated by economic needs but also societal as well as interpersonal needs matters for them a lot in all aspects. This feeling motivated me to lay the foundation stone of Ramanujamwelfare and educational trust (RWET).RWET truly believes that human resources are the most wanted and important resource on the earth, and so our society can be made a better place by imparting quality education, which produces creative, reflexive, oriented and critical thinkers for tomorrow.

In other words I can say: –
